1. Youth Centre: Manipur has been afflicted with conflict, unemployment, child trafficking, insurgency, bandh, blockade, general strikes and scarcity of essential commodities etc. affecting the physical and mental health of young people. Identified as one of the most problem prone state in India, the UVYC has been conducting various youth welfare related programme at different places of Manipur. Main activities are running Youth Centre under the sponsorship of Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Government of Manipur. A library and information service also available in the centre. 

Young boys and girls participated in different training programs organised by the Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Govt. Of Manipur and other NGOs over years. Besides, the centre organised rural sports, painting competition, quiz competition and other personality development programs and awareness programs for the welfare of the youth.  

2. Life Skill Training for Youths: UVYC conducted series of life skill trainings towards promoting the livelihood of youths. In 2018, UVYC have conducted a- 2 Day non - residential Life Skill training programme at Langthabal Youth Centre, Imphal West District, on 5 – 6 May 2018, at Mayang Imphal Youth Centre on 12 and 13 June 2018, at Laphupat Tera Youth Centre on 17 and 18 July 2018 and at Lilong Chajing Youth Centre on 12 and 13 August, 2018 respectively. During the program, a total 120 young boys and girls attended and received life skill training. The youths have benefited on positive Changes during adolescents both in physical and mental, HIV /AIDS, Drug prevention, sexual abuse, to escape from bad company, carrier guidance etc. 4 Resource Person delivered in different Topics in each training.
