UVYC has been running a 15 bedded Female Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for addicts (IRCA) at Torbung, Churachandpur since October 1999 under the sponsorship of MSJE, Government of India. 

The centre is providing the following services to the beneficiaries:  

• Female drug dependents for their rehabilitation process on Detoxification, Treatment, Health care and Nursing, Counselling and Motivation, Behavioral therapy, Relapse Prevention, Yoga, Recreational, Vocational, Life skills training etc.
• Family on education, counselling, motivation facilities either in groups or individual and family wise.
• Community awareness programs on Drug abuse prevention and HIV/AIDS, Workshop, Debate and Quiz competition etc. for raising the awareness level on the issue, barrier, gaps and the facilities available.
