UVYC undertook organizational Development and Change Guidance for Stronger LGBTI Youth Leadership Programme in Manipur in 2020. The objectives of the initiatives includes:   

• Foster stronger and resilient youth LGBTI led youth team, building capacity to influence the decision makers on health, human rights etc at the State and national level, ability to effectively mobilize their constituents and foster strategic partnership with other youth organizations. 
• Fostering culture of cross sharing and learning in areas, different promising practices amongst the youth LGBTI led and other youth organizations. In August 2020, UVYC organized a four weekly session-based workshop on different aspects such as framing policies, creating a workspace, personality development, and weekly session with resource person to enhance and strengthen the team members. In September 2020, a workship was organized by UVYC to discuss the mental well-being, History of Patriarchy, Trans man Visibility, etc. The session touched on mental health awareness, unaware of using female condoms, risk behavior, unprotective sex especially to LGBTI Community and further harassment as well as bullying from society on them.
